"Again...wonderful. I enjoy watching your backgrounds develop as much as your main subject. Oh, yes, they are so right about the blue light...ahhh, it's the touch that breaths life into it. You know, Luthien mentioned industrial feel...I was surprised, because without knowing, I had seen it developing in the clock tower (yet, soft) sort of atmosphere...anyway...very nice...am impressed with the little details at the end."
"Well done...I too only have a mouse to work with and just found out about the transparent ability...so anxious to try that. I've only done a couple, but, can tell this could be an addition...grin. Keep drawing...you've got it...impressive."
lewie thank you so much for the compliments. I meant to get back to you sooner but took a slight time away from here to do something other than draw! I meant a lot to me, thank you. I read your profile comments above and want to say I am old school too...lol, most of the youngin's don't know, lol, but I know nothing as well, just takes persistance and nerves of steel. lol. After a while and several paintings later you begin to get the hang of it. Did I mention the wrist fatigue? the carpal tunnel?, hmmmm the list goes on, oh eye fatigue, bluredu vision, no sleep...the addiction? lol, all true. I suppose the kids don't have those problems...but I sure do. I am hoping to get a tablet one day, but realistically it won't come until December when the hubby gets his bonus check til, then all of the symtoms I described will continue..have fun and thankyou again. starz
Hey, thanks for the info...I'm really new at this...from the old school...you, the youth have the technology at hand and do so well with it. I'm gonna start experimenting though and with some of your tips, I think I just might get the hack of it. Thanks.
Yea the transparency helps a lot, and yess it will become a small addiction I can tell. :D But a nice one. Just started scetching a couple of days ago myself too.
Thanks for all the nice feedback. :)

You adjust the opacity by pressing < and >.. use E for pickinng colors from the canvas, and P to access the pallete, hope that helps ;)
