Whew I am all aglow from the happy shower of CCs on my draws...long time since you have graced my SF page. Life is hectic I know. Glad to see you here. A little behind on replies. Summer is a bit manic in my house. A seven year old boy keeps this granny busy. We are his guardians. He is the best, but full of energy. Smiles and Hugs

Hello . Nice to see you. It has been 14 days since I left you a message. MISS YOU WHEN YOU ARE NOT HERE. Thanks for the cheers and comments. It is summer...time for light cooking. Do you like salad? You might want to try this one.
Salad:
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
2-1/2 cups spinach, torn into bite-size pieces

Dressing:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 tablespoons horseradish

SURPRISE... Bet you did not expect a recipe in a comment. LOL
