Hey silly didn't mean to take you out of the friends network, I spent a day going through my list which as you can see is stupidly long,lol, and I tried my best to just delete those who have not been active for at least 30 days. Never wanted to remove you, us kindred spirits need to stick together no doubt. And I am not sure if I did it as a mistake, cause I do know I hesitated, knowing full well that us older folk have full lives. So I definitely will readd you.

I have been really busy myself and haven't really put out much art here, have done a little bit on ratemydrawings.com and that is a time consuming draw there, but here I just can't get caught up. I wish we could have settings on our friends list, so we could choose what kind of messages we would get the same way we can choose about the messages we get from the emails. Which I have opted out of completely, no time for that! lol. I have not drawn for 5 days havent visited here for three and I have over 500 messages! I cannot go through all of them. About 40% are deleted drawings 20% scribbles or some chain drawings that I am not a part of because I don't have the time, and maybe 30% are comments and cheers which I can't possibly all respond to. So anymore, I just go to my profile and get back to those who toook the time to write directly to me, and maybe go over the thumbnails to look at those I deem worthy of making some cheers, that alone can take me 3 hours or more! whew, don't get much drawing done then, if you get my drift. My problem is I always add the youngsters who added me to their friends list and next thing you know there is way tooo many to deal with. I would probably say there is less than 10 that I wish were my list! lol, I love the youngsters and I am flattered but...well I think you know my dilema. So I am sorry if I bruised your friendship, that was never, never my intentions...forgiven???? lot of love terry

Sillygram, thank you. Sincerely thank you. I read your comment 3 times and it means an enormous amount to me. I do spend a lot of time looking and commenting and encouraging. I will admit, it is a compulsion for me!1 I'll tell ya why. Partly because I simply enjoy seeing peoples efforts. Even the ones that need lots of help. cuz they all are brave enuff to put their work out there and say "here, this is ME". that takes guts really. the thing is, I KNOW first hand, how great it feels to get a cheer or a comment. If i can take a lil of my time (ok, a lot of my time) and make that many people feel good, if even for a second, well it truly is AS pleasurable to give as it is to receive. I don't do it so i will be popular, or to get folks to come and see my work, altho it does seem to work that way sometimes, but that is never my intention. I love art, i love artists and wanna be artists and learning to be artists and if i can make an artist happy, then i amde ME happy *G* but YOU made ME happy tonite, so thanks bunches. As far as Greys...lol..i am one of the VERY VERY oldest ppl on this site!! *L*

I realize that anyone can copy and paste this and I really appreciate you asking first! :) I don't mind but I would be upset if she used it on the net, say like an icon in a chat room. I put the copyrite mark on the draw and I own the image. if she just wanted to print it out to have that would be fine. As i said, I know others will steal it because it is an astrology sign, but when someone does ask, i try to be honest. *smile*

lol- we went walking near scarborough in north east england a few years ago and found a quarter of a huge ammonite... I have a friend who is into geology, and managed to identify the species- his label has gone missing, but I painted the ammonite onto our dining table!
