Just have a button so anyone can flag them, like YouTube does, or blogspot, but just so that they don't come up on the front page or in search results, rather than deleting them.
Results are faster than having just a few moderators, and yet there's more freedom of expression for users.

By the way, guys, try not to feed the trolls, just report them, don't tell them to stop or show how mad are you at them, because that will only motivate them to continue.

I'm pretty sure there are enough of us who regularly check in, It needn't be a timed commitment. It would be enough to guarantee bad stuff was deleted quickly and take some of the responsibility from Matt and Andrew.

Me too. YouDraw has a system of moderators who do just that, delete obscene draws and scribbles and obscene comments. With almost 17,000 members signed up tho, some sort of logical system would have to be worked out, i am sure no one has the time to do this full time or even 7 days a week.

A report feature and mods who can check the reports may be a good idea.
