Like Gerbear I missed this piece originally. Starshine you are perfectly named... You pieces are brilliant! I feel like she's going to open her mouth any minute and give some "attitude". Wonderfully done!

no WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I missed this brilliant piece of art somehow??? *kicks myself!!* All of it is great, dramatic lighting, incredible hair, necklace and studs, the stuff on the window sill and of course the face. Bravo starz!!
This is lovely. The modeling on the face and the hair is superb. The lighting is wonderful. She has such a mysterious look to her. Who is this? Fantastic work.
Very nice job! Love watching you work. Its very interesting to note that you worked the background prior to working more detail into the subject. Made for a good seamless feel. I think I will try to incorporate that technique into future drawings. Somehow because I don't do it that way--always work the subject first then the background--my stuff seems sort of 'disjointed' or 'cut-n-paste'. Thanks for a great lesson and a great piece of artwork.
wow starz! this is my new favorite from your works! great job, especially with the hair.. the soft background brings dept wonderfully into the picture.
