oh thanks for that link! they are beautiful creatures arent they- Ive only sat on a horse a few times ( not had any lessons) and I worried I would hurt it! But even when I was a kid I drew them- some people even paid me for the drawings when I was 7 or 8!

We went to dinner at the horse races for my b'day a week ago and this is one of the horses I bet on, simply because of his looks! Shallow of me I know, but I usually bet on the name...haha...well, he lost, so I guess looks really don't matter? I am very fond of Appaloosa's. Oh how I love these kinds of horses. The very best horse I ever rode was one of these and I still think of it to this day. It was probably 25 years ago that I rode a horse that belonged to my husband's boss at th e time...they were talking business and I asked if I could ride the horse and they let me and even though I was a fairly inexperienced rider, that horse handled as though I were an expert! She was great and so beautiful. I have never been able to enjoy a horse ride as much as that lovely creature! Lovely draw, BTW!!
